Street cafe licenses (tables and chairs on the highway)
Many businesses like to offer an outside area where customers can enjoy food and drink sold on the premises. If any part of the area you intend to use includes public highway, then an application must be made for a licence which will be assessed by Huntingdonshire District Council.
Using the link below you will find the necessary documents for applying for a ‘tables and chairs’ licence. Please ensure that you have fully read the guidance notes, which contain details of required documents and costs before making an application.
